Reduce stress as much as possible. Cortisol is a problem if it gets out of control.

Hi guys, I am currently 18 years old and about 5'8. My dad is 5'11 (bad posture), my grandad 6'1 (at his peak) and my uncle (dad's bro) 6'3. The point is that I am currently doing high intensity workout.

I haven't grown since 16. I wish I could get as tall as my dad at least. I would like to know if following this steps I can make 2 o 3 inches, that would be enough for me. 😢

About insulin levels, I watched a video and it said that for increasing HGH you must have high insulin levels. And let me tell you, my dad and some tall friends of mine, they eat a lot of bread and sugar, they sleep a lot. So, they have a lot of insulin and a lot of rest. However, on the other hand, they say that fasting (low insulin levels) increase HGH.

I was doing fasting and lifts at the age of 16, not for growing but for losing weight (I was obese since child). I don't know if fasting helped me grow or stunted it. I guess these are two opposite positions: high insulin levels, normal insulin levels or fasting (low insulin) in order to increase HGH production and getting taller.

This could be a debate, I would thank if someone help me here. Which would be the best for me high insulin or intermittent fasting, having in mind that I have really few time to get my peak height (if I haven't got there yet) and how to get as tall as my dad, at least some inches, please hahahaha

I ate 3 meals a day, slept another hour after hydrated pure water... worked out hard n heavy with repps and cardio i went hardcore from 21 at 155 pounds i got to 215 lean at like 24 in 3 years of prison litterly didnt miss a meal no drugs and heavy lifting lots and lots of sleep n snacks and chill time lots of hard work

I’m 14, around 5’8-5’7ish my mom is 5’2 and my dad is 5’11. I’m hoping to grow to at least 5’10 by next summer because I’m joining football next year. I’ve been growing really slowly for the past year or two so idk if I can make it.
