Increase magnesium intake, cut processed sugar, exercise, l tyrosine food, take probiotics, listen to music, physical touch, cold shower, something you enjoy flow, meditate, male list of task complete them, more sleep.

I started walking my dog for 2-3 miles each morning, taking cold showers & best of all, really limit my time on social media to 3-4 minutes only per day. I should work harder on reducing my time on YouTube, but at least I learn a lot from the videos. I feel much better, & I find it improves my general mood.

Every now and then go outside with your loved ones or alone and just dance in the rain.

Don’t worry about getting wet, just dance, feel the rain falling on your skin, dance around like an idiot without caring what anyone thinks.

In fact when people see how much fun you’re having, I often have my neighbours join in.

I learnt this from when I was in India and the monsoon rains just hit, instead of everyone rushing inside to flee the rain, the roads were full of people from young children to old people all dancing in the rain together. One of the most special moments of my life.
