I think one of the best ways to improve your memory is to get enough sleep, reduce your stress levels so you're not busy thinking about something else, and to do repetition of the information.

- cardio (leg day) + other regular exercise
- blueberries (healthy for maintaining/creating/and the overall health of neurons (brain cells) they also help repairing damages done to them.)
-good friends (pressure around friends can actually be healthy for memory) this is the same with similar relationships. (family-like-example)
- memory training for 6 weeks, 30 min/day (train your memory accordingly (according to your free time and life situation/style.)
Just enough focussed anxiety and stable use of the chemical compound: (Cortisol).
While ensuring a steady and low stress (balanced lifestyle - and study/work - life.)
It is essential for one to have a slight increase in your daily showers, and move from warm/hot water to cold water in hopes to therapeutically relieve both the body and mind.
Make sure to stay hydrated and have a controlled and somewhat organised or place that can bring deja vu of a place retaining directly to one's personal experiences of cognitive ease (such as one's room or common study/work area)
Make sure you are in good health
make sure you consciously use your free times and time off to better improve yourself.
And things such as statistic video games (shooting) or high action and reflexive gameplay can actually show high amounts of positivity.
before studying, or working on specific profession, it would be extensively favorable for oneself to consume a noticeable amount of their daily sugar / insulin then however do not add to your daily intake, instead move or even slight subtract from it.

First of all, I love the art style of these videos! The choppy drawing & erasing make the videos feel like they're going by quickly, which I think helps keep my attention. Plus, the dry-erase marker style coloring with a wide variety of colors is very visually appealing.

Second, this video gives some good, realistically-applicable pointers (except for maybe the 30-mins per day, 6 week method, but I realize that's based on a study). I look forward to seeing more brain-improvement content!

A good way to remember something is to close your eyes, cover your ears, don't think about anything else and just try to remember that thing. I think it works better if you block out all sensations that will distract you from trying to remember. So then the only thing your mind is doing is trying to remember and so it uses all of it's power for just that and nothing else.

I think for building a strong brain memory power one must stop taking stress and they should stop pleasing others. As the mind is completely busy in it so when the time comes to remembering things it cannot take much information 😊😊😊😊
