Thank you for your nuggets of wisdom at the end of each workout. ❤This was awesome. You create amazing formats. I used 10, 12. 15, 20. 25 lbs. I completed a 20-minute full body shred with dumbbells before this workout.

This was just great, Tracy! Yesterday I did a very challenging and long 1-hour strength workout, and I considered taking a rest today. But, you know me Tracy, I like to "move daily"! When I found this workout, I knew it would be perfect for me today 👍 and it was! Some fun cardio to kick up the HR, and some compound strength exercises to work the muscles. I loved it! ❤
Good talk during the stretch. People are so hyped up about cortisol lately! But you're right, it's not working out hard that's bad (in fact it's quite the opposite!), it's that long-term, everyday constant stress response that has a bad effect.
