30 Minute Total Body NO REPEATS Compound Workout -I have always said that the best way to get the most bang for you buck, is to do compound exercises. You use multi actions while doing a compound exercise, like your lower body might be doing a squat, while your upper does a press. This compound action, increases your heart rate and uses more energy, making a muscle building workout, ALSO a fat burning one! Plus, no repeats, so no one is getting bored in the workout today!

I loved this. I'm back at the gym this week after a hip replacement and 6 months of no gym before that (because of arthritis pain)... this was an excellent routine to get back. I get bored with repetition, so I love this format. I could only get through half and I kept the weights light. Love it.

That was great. I do enjoy a shorter workout at least 1x a week and I feel like all my muscles worked with this one. No repeats and compounds made it go so fast!!

Good timing with this one. I was feeling fatigued as well. Good sold strength routine. A minute of work no repeat for 30 minutes did the trick. Really good job with the verbal ques. "Don't plop down. Keep dumbbells squeezed, " and so on. Stuck out to me more on this one. Thanks as always Trace👍🏽.
