I packed the best multi-tasking, multi-muscle, cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises all in one video to get YOU to your weight loss goals. I used to do this almost 3 times a week several months ago, but I found out that walking in the park is more enjoyable so I decided to walk more often. I started school this month and got no time for walking. I came back to this video, and oh boy I don’t remember it was this hard (got exhausted half way through video)😂😂 this is really fun I laughed a lot. I enjoy your video so much Thank you!!!

Hi Caroline! first time I tried this video. What a workout! Kicked my butt but I was able to keep up. I love your programs-just enough to push myself but not so hard I quit midstream. I also appreciate the timer-when I wanted to quit, I could see how much time was left and kept going. Thank you.

Great workout. Just a side note - the black outfit on the black mat sometimes makes it challenging to really identify how the body is to be aligned when doing an exercise like the clam shell for example. Not impossible but like outfit on dark mat or vice versa would help this issue. THanks so much!
