30 MINUTEMUSCLE BUILDING COMPOUND WORKOUT - This is one of my favorite exercise formats. I'm always amazed that compound workouts can have you sweating in the first 5 minutes. It's all those multi muscle, multi joint movements that give you such great bang for your buck, and if you only have 30 minutes, you want that! Let's build some muscles!

Fabulous!! Have started 3-5 days a week of strength training with you and love it! Love being able to choose from 30min, 45 min, compound....great variety!

God that felt so good. I have been in a state of Adrenalin due to personal stress and didn’t know if I should just rest but my body LOVED doing this, good to feel strong even though my body feels scared at the same time. Thank you 🧡

Thank you! Fitness instructor that started out the pandemic still excited and taught my classes online. When gym opened I didn’t go back because I didn’t feel protocols were being followed. I’ve allowed my 40+ years of exercise (run, strength, yoga etc.) to slide for a year and a half now. I feel terrible. Thankfully I know the right way to restart but also know it won’t be easy. Thank you for getting me back on track as I start the journey back. 60 has nothin’ on me!
