I tried finding Vega Protein at Costco but they don’t carry it anymore and realized this is an older video. Well at least the store employee said they don’t and I looked and could not find it.

Liquid breakfasts suck and protien shakes are gross. Good recipie though but definitely not for everyone. And nut milks aren't as good as some claim they are

2 eggs, 1/2 of cottage cheese, and 1/4 cup of black beans. Blanaced, quickly made or prepped (hard boiled eggs are still eggs), doesnt upset the stomach, actually makes you feel full, slow carb compliance, and tastes decent lightly mixed together in a bowl.

In another video, Tim ferriss mentions not to use any type of milk (even almond) because is spikes insulin levels. Is there another option? Thank you.

Could you explain it, so my goal is to lose fat, therefore I wanna try 30/30/30.
1) So I wake up and in 30 minutes of me being awake I have to consume 30 grams of protein and then exercise for 30 minutes. Protein in the morning should only come from protein shakes? Or can I consume 100 gr of chicken breast with 30 gr of protein in it ? (Chicken, meat, cottage cheese, eggs or any other source of protein)
2) what do I do for the rest of the day? Which diet do I follow?
