I've been doing a wide variety of all the popsugar fitness videos daily (mostly daily, sometimes I'll go a a couple days- a week without working out 😳) with the exception of rest days for about a year and safe to say I'm stronger, more toned and have lost 70 lbs. love these videos!

3 months out of double mastectomy and 4th round of chemo in 4 days and I am finally able to do this entire workout with only one modification, knee push-ups!

I had a bad day at work but coming home to workout with the Popsugar girls always puts a smile back on my face. :) This one burnt out my arms with my 8 pounds weights after round 2, so I had to modify it and drop my weight for the rest. Feeling the burn!!

I’ve been doing your workouts for 3 years now! I started with the 15 minute workouts and built up to 20, 30, 45...sometimes the 60 min boxing with Krista DiPaulo if I’m feeling spicy. These are perfect for quarantine. I hadn’t done this one since it came out and I forgot how much this one kicks your ass. Probably my hardest one this week (and yes I am working out to your channel five times per week now that I have time 💕).
