Okay seriously this is the only ab video I have yet to find that actually makes my abs burn like crazy. The other popular ab workout videos on youtube make my arms or legs hurt instead of my abs so thank you!!!!

It’s been four years and I still come back to this ab workout every time. It’s my favorite one, it’s really challenging but it’s so effective. Has to be my fav of all time

I did this just once and I feel a much more burn in my abs than the chloe ting one. I did chloe ting 2 weeks abs for almost 3 weeks and I did not saw a change, I felt a more burn in my arms than in my abs when I did chloe ting’s.

I’ve been doing this ab workout for about three weeks and I have EXTREMELY defined ab lines now. I love this workout so much. If you’re thinking of doing it- DO IT!!!

Ab workouts are never the waste but if you want some proper gains, or fat losses which are more important for gaining abs, you should follow some structured and personalized diet plan! I got mine on Dietarize, but there are many more great options (especially if you are lazy like me and hate counting calories and macros). I lost 5lbs of fat in my first month, but I have just started💪

GIRLS!!!! Stop reading the comments and DO IT. You will only get results if you get up when you don’t feel like it and make it fun. Squeeze your abs while you are doing them and you will feel it. I’m on day 3, and I already have lines. YOU GOT IT GIRL.

This is truly the best. After just 2 weeks back I look and feel incredible. Just 10 minutes a day. I love it. It puts your body into fat burning mode that lasts till the next day. It’s great. ❤

YOU GUYS THIS DEFINITELY WORKS! All the other ab works I had tried, didn't feel/show that they were working.I've only been doing this, once a day and I kid you not, my stomach has never been flatter.Keep doing this, y'all would see the results soon.
