Rowan, thank you for including the longer intermittent breaks between the harder sets. Makes it easier for me to keep up with you VS the quick 15 sec rests on the routine that has 27M views. While that routine is awesome, I find myself trying to constantly catch my breath as there's very little rest between sets. So thank you for this new routine, hopefully I can get to a place where I can keep up with you on the harder routine in the near future.

7. Flutter kicks

Used to only run, cycle and swim as my exercise. Ever since I incorporated this along with yoga and some martial arts training, I felt improvements in my overall strength and stability. The change in the outward appearance is a bonus. Thanks!

Thanks Rowan. I love a Tabata routine and 45 sec on is tough!
