Agree with some comments. You make them look easy but they are a challenge and make you feel great once finished. 💪🏻A good sweat means a good workout and 250 calories burned. Didn’t hit the 5000 steps, but for me that’s not the goal, it’s to workout every day for 25-30 mins, move my body and get fitter. Thanks again Brian 👍🏻😀
