Get your 5000 steps with this energetic, fun and upbeat at home walking workout in 30 minutes. It is a perfect low impact workout for beginners and those wanting to burn some extra calories and get the sweat on.

PLEASE NOTE- Some smart devices don't count some of the moves as a step. Single leg jack for example so it might be worth testing to see if yours does. I wouldn't be discouraged if you don't hit the 5k target as it might not be a true representation of the steps you did.

There is a timer for each exercise lasting 60s and a preview of the next move. You will have 30s break half way through to catch you breath and get some water.

REMEMBER the amount of steps you will do will depend on the pace and effort you are putting in. The faster your march the more steps you will get. I have incorporated a lot of arm movements so you might feel sore in your shoulders :)

The best step video for people who don’t like commentary. No talking, just steps and good music. I also love the incorporation of the arms, because a lot of step videos just focus on lower body and it gets quite boring. Bravo Olivia!

According to my Garmin, I had 4700 steps from this workout and burned 196 calories. (I'm 5"5 and 122 lbs.)
FYI to whoever is reading this, calorie burn will depend not only your effort but also your size- if you are 160 lbs, you will burn more than someone who is 110 lbs.

I did your workout, I don't think many people would get 5, 000 steps doing it, I did 3, 500 and was keeping to your pace, still really enjoyed it, burnt 410 cals and my arms kill! Will defiantly be doing more from you 😊

This was amazing. I came home with a full day outside with my toddler. A whole tantrum. I sat on my tush and said I can’t do the gym I’m so tired. Then I found you. I love your energy you kept me going.

Okay so for reference, I am 5 foot 3 inches and 9 stone 6lb (convert as needed). I did 3, 465 steps and burned 223 calories. The music was great and I am sweating like a mofo! Will definitely be doing this regularly!

Thanks Olivia!! This was simple to follow and yet challenging all the same. Genius how you worked in the arms so well! My average heart rate was 127 with my peak heart rate at 167! I got in 3090 steps and burned 359 calories! Also what I loved was that it was low impact. Thanks again!

It’s been such a struggle getting back into exercising after having a baby and losing touch with my routine. I haven’t been able to complete a 30 minute workout in what feels like forever but I just finished this one 🎉
I’m not the type to comment on videos but I wanted to say thank you. This was the boost I so desperately needed.

I love it! It is very effective. I am 46 years old. I tried various other work outs by other professionals, but the problem is, I never reached to even 15 minutes! But the steps excercise by Olivia is amazing. I am able to keep up till the end. I lost 6 pounds in 3 weeks! Feeling much fit and healthy. Thanks Olivia.

I just completed this and granted I’m just a month into my fitness journey but I did like 3, 800 steps, 243 active calories, and 328 total calories! I got a really good sweat!

I LOVE the pace! First walking video where I actually get a decent sweat. I love all the upper body use and the fact that she doesn’t talk. So many videos have someone talking constantly. 4450 steps!

When I used to work in corporate fitness a lot of the workers would take classes like this in order to get their steps in for the day. There's so many options for you to attain your goals.
