It my 4300 steps for me...but the amount of sweating i did was immeasurable ...🥵🥵 perfect exercise for me...not too hard but still i had to push myself hard

Doing a Transformation challenge and have to do 12, 500 steps a day and with a toddler is hard work, so thank you i could catch up on steps whilst he naps :)

I have done this workout today for the first time (also my first workout from your channel). Right after I finished it I started the video again and did the whole workout once again 😃😃 it was just so much fun and such a good feeling that 30 minutes was not enough for me and I had to do this twice 😃 I really love that the intensity is the same throughout the whole video and my heart rate is most of the time in the lower cardio zone which is perfect! You have done an excellent job here 👍👏🙌

This saved my steps today! With only 30 min untill midnight I got my steps to get to my goal.. and I was thiking of letting today be a ”ok I dont need my steps today”-day. So glad you motivated me!❤

Hi just done with my first workout. Few things I liked. 1) This workout kept the heart rate up from start but avoided too much exertion. 2) Made me sweat more in comparison to other walking workouts. 3) The on spot jog is a good anchor for relaxation 4) Appreciate the music "Do it again". This was fantastic. It is difficult to find an easy to follow low impact cardio that has this pace. It was, for me, perfect.

Out of all the step workouts I’ve done, this was one of the more accurate ones - was around 4, 000 steps!

This workout is amazing. I have lower back problems and I can't do any kind of plank or push up, any workout lying on the floor like sit-ups and anything that includes bowing, so I'm basically stuck to standing workouts. I've found a lot of them, but this is the best. It's low impact, but intense and not boring at all because none of the workout is repeating.
