You're so wonderful at this! You're clearly capable of much higher physicality but make workouts that cater to all ability levels. It's great how you create such varied workouts both in terms of length and style. Also appreciate how you deservingly monetize your videos but put the ads in appropriate places (at the breaks) and not put a ton mid-routine like other content creators - very considerate and shows you're not greedy. Only reason I haven't 👍'd all your vids is because I only do it once I've completed it - so expect a 👍from me on all your vids eventually. Keep up the incredible work Eleni, and thank you for always encouraging us with your beautiful smile 😁

This is a wonderful workout for 30 minutes, but according to my Fitbit there are really only around 3700 -3800 steps. I even tried to keep my feet moving during the water break and at times moved them a bit faster. Still a good workout for me…I’m 72.

These are my favorite! So easy to adjust intensity - easy on bad knees- no jumping + only standing no floor. Absolutely perfect and great music too!

Wow. What a great work out. I have been looking for this for a long time; easy yet you will be sweating a lot (I don't sweat that much usually), not jumping, no ''on the floor'' routine, time flies (not repetitions, not boring) and it works out the ALL the muscles. Thank you. I'll be back many times over.

This one is so EXCELLENT in every way. Knee friendly--YES! And I love the large ranges-of-motion on numerous compound movements bc this gives the muscle groups involved a kind of stretch while also working. It was invigorating. Also your pace and chosen movements are perfect from beginning to end--at least for me. Steadily building and holding the heart rate/bpms. I'll be returning to this one again. Awesome workout.
