Nice workout, as it got my heart rate to 125bpm (the bottom part of zone 2 for me) and 334 active calories, with my 18# weighted vest. For my zone 2 workout I find this to be a simple and enjoyable workout.

So prefer no step counter, I love these workouts but they are way off by about 400- 500 steps and I have checked many different ways even having a headstart 😂 and buying a new watch. Great video xx
