Hier hat eine sich mal ganz was schönes ausgedacht ❤ Hier kommt kein Bewegungsmuffel zu irgendwelchen Ausreden 😂 Absolut Klasse und viel Geschick im Zusammenstellen der Übungen nach Musik!! Wie in der Disco 😊 Schön. Macht Spaß. Für Anfänger geeignet, aber auch für Fortgeschrittene. Und wem es zu langweilig ist, der nimmt Gewichte dazu. Ich bin begeistert! Total entspannend und absolut nach Takt !! 🎉 Danke !!! Mehr davon- müßte es geben ❤ Und wer es mit Knieproblemen zu tun hat (so wie ich ) ist absolut richtig hier.

Got a good sweat going but only got 3400 steps in on my fitbit 😭 I even did did steps between each exercise.
