The step counter in this video is fast. My phone and FitBit both showed less than 5000 steps and I was going faster than Yana. In addition when she did exercises with her arms static I was doing those exercises doing fly's with my arms constantly moving which adds more steps to the counter and burns more calories too. In her other videos the step counter is pretty accurate.

My phone in my pocket counted about 3000 steps and I did not stop stepping even during ads😂
I did not expect to sweat this much! Great workout for a stay at home mom I will do this video twice to make sure I’m getting my steps in for the day.

Love these workouts! Short enough to do when I get home from work. I actually hold pair of 1 kg weights while doing this workout, to add more difficulty and tone my arms and back, which is my weak area.
