I feel as if I have too much love to give . All I do is think about love and just loving someone, hoping they love me in return the way I do unconditionally. But everyone I feel is around me doesn’t use love in their lives. Like they don’t want to feel compassion for anything or they are very lustful. I just can’t find someone like me. That makes so much sense. I grew up with strict parents. And I’ve had asthma from 3rd grade up. And I’ve always felt isolated. I tried to become friends but it just doesn’t happen. I can’t get in relationships easy like other people. It so hard for me.

I’ve talked to ppl, gone deep within, went to a therapist, all that when at one point I was concerned about my lack of empathy and depression and connection with others.. I got 0 answers, I thought it’s just how I was starting to become and maybe my past made me that way. But I have believed in chakra for years now and learning about the heart chakra this seems to be the best explanation I’ve come across for me being this way, and I’m gonna start trying to heal my blocked chakra. I've recently noticed that whenever people show me affection or whenever I'm in a position to connect with another person on an affectionate level, I have this heavy feeling in the middle of my chest area. And for some reason this heavy feeling makes me mad. I wonder if this chakra stuff might have anything to do with it.

I don't mind touching with my hands but can't hug and I don't like when people touch me. I feel creeped out by it because I feel sensations. I do feel like I can heal others but being heart broken makes me feel numb to it. Is there any help for a broken heart chakra?

I think I have a strong heart chackra but I do get a little bit of seasonal allergies just itchy throat, nose, and eyes. Not as much as I used to though. I work on love so much now.
