Are you lying to yourself without realizing it? Do you find it hard to trust yourself? Trusting ourselves plays a big part in finding happiness. If we don't trust ourselves or trust other people's opinions more than our own, it hurts our self-esteem and leads us to places we don't really want to be in or do things that we don't really want to do. Do you tend to lie to yourself about what's right for you because of other people's opinions? To help you become more aware of your behaviors, we will be addressing signs you might be lying to yourself without knowing it.

One side of the mind: "This is not true, I am perfectly fine"
The other side of the mind: " *Oh...* oh... this is... not fine."

“You’re friends with people you don’t really like”. That’s just cause people slowly start to reveal who they are and it’s hard to decipher right away.

I on justifying people's toxic behavior because I want to see the best in people and keep hoping they didn't mean to hurt me. Thinking like this has hurt me more than anything

It's kinda funny, I lie to myself all the time. I dont react to anything I just am like this is fine it's ok. It's all in your head. Then I suppress all of my emotions. Haha anyway thanks for the amazing content

So many people can time travel these days 👀

I'm a normal person, neither a time-traveler, nor a member. Nothing weird. All fine.

Anyway, this animation style is cute!

You gotta remember that these videos arent a substitute for curing your mental problems(as mentioned in almost every video) but are a way to shed light and to get to know yourself a bit more, since knowing the problem is the first step to fixing yourself and truly finding yourself and to grow into a better person

Yes, in the past I entered med university and I was so miserable...
I kept lying to myself until I reached the point of wishing a car accident just so I don't have to continue.
In the end, I burst out the tears and dropped out without caring what others think, I went to a different university and majored in something that I love and work for right now

I swear if I watch your videos late at night while my eyes are closed and just listening to your calming voice, I almost always fall asleep

Yes, this was me up until recently when I found out in therapy my Dad had Narcissistic Personality Disorder. I went no contact with him and now realize I cared more about fitting in amongst my own family, than I did about my own needs and being my authentic self. I feel free and stronger now and am building a new support system for myself. Your channel has also helped so much in this process. Thanks Psych2Go 😊❤️
