Hello everyone!

10 min full body dumbbell workout at home.

This is exactly a 10 minute follow along workout you can do at home with dumbbells.

The workout is as follows:

Squat
Sumo squat
Alternating forward lunges
Romanian deadlift
Clean to press
Bent over row
Bice curls
Chest press
Tricep press
Russian twist to tuck

Time wise, it is 45 seconds per exercise and 15 seconds rest to get ready for next exercise! One round brings you up to 10 minutes!

This is the perfect workout with you don’t want to spend a lot of time exercising and just want to get the job done!

I did this a year ago and thought I’d revisit due to not a lot of time and not only am I able to sail through compared to a year ago, the editing is so different compared to todays programmes. I love the vast library that Caroline has created so we can find just what we need for the day. A total legend. 💪❤️

This is a quick awesome dumbbell full body workout!! Thank you! it is better to do 10mins workout than nothing at all. I am actually pairing this with yoga!

I loved this 10 minute workout!! For whatever reason, doing a 10 minute workout with a minute rest and then doing the workout again, makes me feel like it wasn't such a long workout. The music really pumped me up to workout stronger!! Thank you for explaining each move. I have been doing a lot of moves wrong.

I have been looking for a quick 10 min dumbbell workout to add to my cardio workouts and I have FINALLY found it! So many I have tried are either adding cardio or compound exercises and all I wanted was a simple one that quickly and effectively hit every muscle group. Saving this one to do over and over.
