In just 8 minutes, I was able to get a stretch in my back, hamstrings, and legs! Thanks so much for this simple and useful routine, I’ll definitely be doing this when I’m feeling tired and don’t want to do a complicated stretching routine!

As an unflexible person, i can see alot of improvements already just by doing this once! I was able to touch my toes already, but i couldn't even do it in 10 seconds because of the pain, now i can do it without any problems!

I think this stretching routine is great! I have to wake up at 6:30 AM and I don’t have time to take one of the long stretching routines. This is short, fast and makes your legs burn!🔥

I believe that if I do this everyday with another long stretching routine that’s about 30 min every evening and this on the early mornings I will be able to get both front splits and middle splits!

I would recommend this stretch for people who want their legs to burn and loosen up their hamstrings! Love this Anna!💗

This routine is going to help me so much as im a cheerleader and i got injured very badly and because the injury took some time to heal, i lost most of my flexibility.ilysm Anna💖

This is my favorite video for stretching! I just love how it’s simple and I can almost do my left and middle split because of you plus these stretches feel really good.

Because of this stretch routine, I am so close to my splits, getting a leg hold on my right leg, and getting my scorpion! I will be doing this way more, I’ll be doing it EVERYDAY Until I get flexible the way I to be! Thanks Anna!
