This video is all about how to gain and improve flexibility as efficiently as you can! So if you’re tight in any area of your body. Hello my friend! I have a hairline fracture in the rib in my back. I feel so excited with all your detailed explanation. At the moment all my moves are so to say very limited. Can you help me regain and improve on my balance which I have always been bad at. Something slow and steady because in the end I want to win my own race😅😅! Please help me. I am 70! Thanks a lot!

I cannot even get my arms to go back if I was to get arrested I’d be in a lot of trouble. They would rip something of mine. They’re so tight.
