These shorter more clickbaity vids originally got my attention, made me realise you are an excellent teacher and now I'm doing your longer Yoga sessions 2-3 times a week for the first time in my life and really enjoying it, So thanks heaps and I hope the strategy is working as a gateway for others too.

For those like me who need to see the stretches multiple times to learn them, here is the start time for each stretch:

0:35 From hip flexors to shoulders...

2:20 ...same plus hamstrings...

3:19 ...side bends.

Btw, warning - that lion is wearing a dog suit disguise

Thank you, Liv, I‘ll add these in tomorrow. I just experienced a bereavement and I am determined to keep up my very short morning yoga. I just do 10 minutes, but it has transformed my health, and these short videos with doable additions are very helpful.

I appreciate that you don't just show us a bunch of stretches and send us on our way, you explain why a person should do these and how it benefits us. I also appreciate that you don't dump 10 stretches onto us in one video, you keep thing simple and easy to follow for anyone of any fitness level, including someone like me who suffers from Fibromyalgia and often has Sciatica.

These are perfect. I used to teach yoga and practiced for over 30 years but shifted back into mostly working with weights and added occasional Yin yoga. This is a lovely way to start the day. Gentle and easy, but definitely gets the energy flowing.
