He's an orthopedic surgeon that claims simple hanging helped many potential patients avoid shoulder surgery.

I believe he's said that hanging can eliminate 99% of shoulder pain. Try it out!

Honestly I just love Hampton and this channel way too much. Most of the fitness content out there makes the whole process look like a war rather than something relaxing and useful. Hampton just gives off a really chill vibe while doing his exercises which make them seem much less intimidating. This channel has really made fitness a lot more enjoyable for me!

You are truly what people need, you make everything sound so easy and offer easier variations of exercises so that ANYONE can participate and that is so great! I truly believe that exercise... not even exercise, just moving once in a while is a great way to be healthier and fixes a lot of problems. I started by just stretching in the evenings and now I found a workout routine that works for me and my health! So thank you so much for motivating me and people like me! (obligatory sorry if anything is misspelled, English isn't my first language)

I love these short, simple and practical advice videos! Maybe you can make also longer ones explaining in more detail about each? Then you have a short and a long. Demonstrate the exercise, explain in detail + educate us on the anatomy of the body. Anyway, love your stuff!

These are amazing! Great tips always! I’ve dealt with chronic back pain for years now & my savior is always when I get to hang! Calming down, focusing on my breathe & letting it all loose…ugh, so good! I hope to install something like what you have soon so I can truly have it every day! The deep squat looks so nice. Recently I’ve felt some relief sitting criss cross & just leaning forward to stretch my lower back & it feels great! I’ll be trying the bridges! Thank you always! 🤍🤍🤍
