i gotta say they way you calmly and eloquently narrated the video was a very refreshing change from the hyped up/loud/high energy personalities that seem more common from fitness channels. the on screen bubble in the corner was nice too

My sum up:
1, Butcher's stretch for lats & triceps
2, reverse Nordic for quads
3, Asian squat for glutes and lower back
4, couch stretch for psoas & quads
5, bridge for anterior chain

Please, more of this. You have no idea how happy I am to see material like this. You're my favorite work out guru on YouTube. If I was Down Under I'd seek you out. Please, more stretching/flexibility stuff. Either way, thank you. As usual, quality material for your viewers to CONSUME. Be well, Daniel. Peace.

Never realized how important stretching was until I injured my lower back. Thanks for sharing these techniques with us.

I was a gymnast for 12 years when I was younger but even after I stopped I still continued to maintain my flexibility. I am not well into my 40's and I can say that being super fit like in my 20's is nice, but my range of motion due to my flexibility has probably prevented more injuries then I can imagine.

It blows my mind that there persists the misconception that muscle hypertrophy and muscle flexibility are mutually exclusive. Great video and information here.Thanks.

Literally this is the video I have been needing for a long time!
I’m a jiujitsu practitioner and high school wrestling coach. I’ve been longing for a quality full body strengthening/stretching routine! At almost 50 years of age and 44 years on the mats it’s sad how little I know about flexibility!
Thank you good sir! 👍

These are advanced positions. My hubby would try to force himself into what you are showing. Injury!!
An entry level video seems what's needed for all of these.🙏

This is why gymnastics should be taught as a mandatory class in elementary school. This is literally just the fundamentals of floor gymnastics.

Training mobility has provided me more confidence in my movement than any other type of training.

Man that last stretch is so tough that quad stretch is intense I couldn’t completely do it but the more I do it the more flexibility I get. Finally I found something really useful!!

Definitely going to try this. I went to a australian football tryout recenlty, after several years away from team sports I felt big and powerful with fast sprints - > next day I wake up to discover I sprained my tightass left hip flexor...Cant hurt to get a little more flexible before turning 30!

My quads became so tight after knee surgery that I needed my arms to assist myself down into a half squat as well as to get back up...Disgusted with myself, I finally did a search and fortunately found you first...I have been using your band assisted quad stretches advice at 2:40 and am starting to feel less pain after only eight days....Thanks for your help.

All of this was helpful (I'm almost 53 and I've never been flexible. Only recently have I begun to challenge that mindset). But your encouragement at the end as truly gold. Starting at about 6:15 you acknowledged the suffering, but focused on the reward. Great reminder for someone like me working on both the physical and MENTAL barriers to stretching. Well Done and Thank you!
