Thank you! After spending half an hour looking for a simple/change update for opening my hips & stretching routine. I found you. I weeded out a few of my over-talking instruction videos. From my personal perspective...and I need to note that this is just mine...in most instances, whenever there's movement, you're working on mobility, when there's not, it's all about stretching. I do both yoga and mobility work, and _for me_ the two activities are different.
