Follow Along to this stretching routine to help improve flexibility for dance, cheerleading and more. This is beginner stretching routine, so anyone can follow along even if you consider yourself not to be flexible. For best results, I recommend following along to this routine daily or at least 3-5 times a week. ♡

I am so grateful, I used to be super inflexible and could barely touch my toes, because of you I was able to get my chinstand which is my favorite pose, I will never forget how much you helped me, I wish to be a contortionist like you, god bless you for your kind heart. ❤

Doing this for a month!!!
✅Day 1: As a non flexible person, I can say I was struggling BUT I was feeling some good stretch!! 10/10
✅Day 2: Today, it felt more easier *still sort of struggled but not as much as yesterday :>* and I still felt a good stretch from it!
✅Day 3: I felt a good stretch and I think I’m getting better at this!! It is becoming very easy to do now !
✅Day 4: I’m feeling very comfortable doing this now! I do feel a tiny bit more flexible as I noticed my legs can do higher than ever before!
✅Day 5: I didn’t get to do this yesterday, sorry!! But now since I missed a day, I kinda sorta struggled only a tad bit. I still felt pretty flexible though!
✅Day 6: I’m realizing I’ve been slacking recently, so I’m going to do this the moment I wake up!! I felt slightly more flexible because I could raise my leg higher than I could the day I began this!
✅Day 7: A WEEK!! Sometimes I forget to update this but I’ve been doing more than what I could at the beginning !! This seriously works but I’m not stopping yet! I haven’t gotten my splits ^^
✅Day 8: I haven’t done it in days but.. I was surprisingly more flexible and it did not hurt, AT ALL?? I WAS SO SHOCKED
✅Day 9: I didn’t get time to do these for a couple of days but I can now do them again! Still felt pretty easy and I’m still able to do better than I did
✅Day 10: IM SO SORRY IVE BEEN ON VACATION BUT I CAN SAY IS I CAN ALMOST DO IT!! I did do all these exercise while I was on there but I’m so close to doing it! I say about a week or 2 🎉🎉
✅Day 11: I did all without any break and it’s very easy now! I can see I can lift my leg up a lot higher than I could before, and before I couldn’t do the first few exercises but now I can do it with ease 😊
✅Day 12: I’m pretty consistent now 🎉
✅Day 13: Did it and it felt normal

ICAN DO THEMMM (I did them everyday but I always forgot to update it but I can do them know 🎉

i watch more than i comment but i want to comment my experience with anna’s stretches for inspiration for anyone who struggles believing in this. i never in my life thought i could do the splits but just by watching anna, and following along, i was able to in a month. i did lose confidence so i’m unable to do it now, but, it’s all about persistence, determination, patience, and motivation. hope this helps! and thank u anna!

Anna tysm for helping us all with our flexibility! I can tell by the comments that people are excited about whenever they get the splits or a backbend and it's all bc of you. I just got my oversplit and I was so happy when I touched the ground so tysm for helping us all!❤❤❤

Thank you so much Anna for everything you have done for us! Thanks to you I have nearly gotten my front splits, much better back flexibility and have improved tremendously from a point where I couldn't touch my toes. Stopped doing everything during pandemic
And never stared up again
Lost all of my flexibility. I felt relief after my first stretch

Anna I really can’t explain how much you helped me and others! You are amazing and and helped me and I always wanted to be just like you! Also my whole family knows you from me! You helped me! Get my splits, almost needle, leg hold, chin stand, teardrop, over splits, bow pose, in just not even a year! Like 7 months! Thank you so much! I also loved this stretch routine even though I didn’t really feel a deep stretch!💕💕💕💕💕
