I'm 13 and have what you call "anger issues" like somebody just bailing on me just makes me cry at night, somebody not believing me makes me sad/mad (depending on the situation) So of course I take my anger out on my family and people at school. Im always getting in trouble as well. but in quarantine I downloaded tiktok. It was going to smooth until I seen a video that said "Do you know if your going to heaven?" then it hit me like, "I need to change (my name) " So now its still hard but definitely getting better!
