the M3 is being sold currently in most of the Apple Mac lineup... the SnapDragon X Elite wont start showing up in devices until they said mid 2024.. by that time Apple should be getting the M4 chips ready... so the Elite X got the jump because it's based on the Nuvia Chip that was created by 3 prior Apple Engineers who created the M chip... Qualcomm might have a jump on other manufactures of Arm chips for consumer market for Windows, but only because they bought the tech used in the M series chips, otherwsie they'd still be 2 years behind

Snapdragon is so powerful, they were limited by the 4mm chip, but when they will come to 3mm or 2mm it will be a game changer ... the only problem in computers OS, Windows has to come with an OS build from the 0, from the ground up, not to patch and repatch the old farty windows os
