The reason for this video is that I did a poll recently and was surprised that hammer curls was a common submission because I've always loved them but then I went to hit them again on arm day and realized that.. maybe they are overrated. ryan im 63 years old been lifting on and off for a long time. your exercises for arm growth are the greatest. i have changed my workout completly after watching ur videos. i always thought even at my age you had to lift the most you could but your high rep lighter weight has turned my workouts into muscle growth like i couldnt get when i was 30 years younger thanks a milloin ed armes

I did this today instead of my usual hammer curls. Absolutely fantastic. The pump was great and really felt like a workout 🏋🏻

I like using regular TP for the simple fact that there’s an increased chance of getting “the itch.” Once you get the Itch, let it bake for a couple hours and then when you go scratch it either in the shower or with more TP, it’s one of the most euphoric things you’ll ever experience.
