And now for the hammer curl that really got Mr. Peter MASSIVE arms:
1) Take a dumbbell, neutral grip
2) Raise the dumbbell, flexion only at the elbow.
3) Take needle filled with TREN, put in biceps
4) Lower the arms in a controlled manner, flexion only at the elbow (make sure to remove needle)
5) Repeat!
