- Elbows in front of hips
- Wrists straight
- Neutral spine
- Slightly bend knees
- Grab more in the middle or closer to the top of the dumbbell
- Past 90° bring the weights back down
- Breathe in on the way down, breathe out on the way up

Just so we're clear, the Valsalvo breathing thing (big push of air) is generally for heavier lifts. And isn't for everyone. Exhaling during the lift is a way to generate more power from your lift. His form is perfect to a T. Get strong, folks!

What I love about Scott's videos is that they're concise and to the point. Too many guys want to explain the science using bodybuilding jargon, which is boring and unnecessary.

Usually never changed my bicep exercises. Now ive started using this one and I can barely do 70% of the usual weight I did. Huge soreness. Feels great 😁
