Most importantly, thank you for your videos. My posture is changing and trigger points and neck pain I've had for decades are disappearing, as are my migraines. It's not an exaggeration to say your work is changing my life in a huge way. One request: Please, please, please show us your whole body when your legs are doing anything other than just standing there. Seeing the details of the entire form the entire time makes it so much easier to perform the exercises correctly.

Oh my lord I’m in such bad condition. These are so helpful. I have a hard time bending and this allowed for me to feel my abs that I haven’t felt since I went down.

i have started doing Dr Adam 's frozen shoulder exercises. These are different from what i did for last so many years. So helpful .After doing 3 sessions, felt much better particularly at sleep time. Will continue to follow other Dr Adam videos for neck and Standing Core & spine stabilization. Thanx Dr Adam for uploading your valuable experience and knowledge to reach us .

Thank you so much Doc. This video came in clutch for me. For awhile I’ve had sciatica which later formed to lower back problems and my chiropractors weren’t giving me enough info to thoroughly heal. After this video I feel this is the missing puzzle piece to my recovery. Thank you again!
