Try my tips for losing weight. Sleep all day, cry to yourself after a heartbreak and losing appetite even to live. People gained weight during pandemic, I lost weight when I try to gain. LOL

I think it’s all down to metabolism and how our body reacts to stress (some people tends to eat more/not eat more) at the end..
