Ok, as a trainer and fitness competitor I’ve done more booty workouts in my life than I could ever count and I’m giving you HUGE props!!! In 10 minutes I felt the “ouch” exactly where it should be!! I love this workout!!

I love this workout!! I do it every other day & it’s completely changed how my glutes behave! A must for pre- weight lifting.

I would recommend doing this in the morning, especially if you can’t make it to the gym. It will help keep your glutes active throughout the day. By doing this in the morning, rather than before bed, you’ll get the most from your workout
