You’re a life saver, I’m a small girl and had a small butt, and with your workouts it’s bubbly now, even if it isn’t too big it’s round and desirable. Even my boyfriend noticed it. I do 2 of your workouts a day and have 2 rest days, this is genuinely amazing, continue the good work! (This one and the workout with only squats are my favorite)

UPATING AND DOING FOR A WEEK OR MAYBE MORE!!
Day 1: arms really hurt and walking i could feel my butt sting a bit 😭😭 and obviously no results NVM I CAN SEE A SLIGHT CHANGE
Day 2: ARMS STILL HURT BUT THE FIRST EXERCISES WERE A BIT EASIER <33 ALSO I SAW A DIFFERENCE!!!
Day 3: exercises were a lot easier to do and my arms hurt a lot less, idk if I saw a difference though

this WORKS!!! I’m not kidding. DO 👏 IT 👏 I’m on day 8 of doing this workout, plus 3 sets of 10 hip thrusts with a barbell also. I’ve also been adding weights to the glute bridges, and THE I have the flattest booty, and in just 8 days i’m already seeing and feeling progress!!! My booty is more firm, it’s stronger, and I can already see a little bit of growth. I’m SO excited. Don’t forget to take rest days, those are soooo important. KEEP GOING you’re gonna have the best

February 10 (Day 1) This felt therapeutic.
Day 2: Sore and hurts
Day 3: Felt good and didnt hurt like day 2
Day 4: Nice, felt the burn
Day 5: Noticed a difference
Day 6: Tiring. Arms hurt.
Day 7: Peaceful, without the music. Im doing at 6 a.m.
Day 8: No. Vacation.
Day 9: Felt alright, not too tired.
Day 9: Made a mistake, still day 9.
Day 10: I did great! There was pain but still had energy and didn't give up!
Day 11: I'm still a little tired but im not sore so yay! 😊😮
Day 12: Wish I did a little bit better. It felt kind of weak.
Day 13: I did a good job!
Day 14: Break
Day 15: I'm back on track!
Day 16: Break again
Day 17: Doing this twice. The first time felt alright. Edit: Did it twice, I lacked energy at the end.
Day 18: This felt great, can't wait to see even better results! Edit: The second time it also felt good
Third Edit: I did this THREE timess!! Just like I did before 7 months ago. I was crazy.
Day 19: I did the whole workout as if it were nothing! I did so good today and yesterday. Edit: The second time burned a bit more so yeah, that's also a good sign!
Day 20: Eh. It was alright. Not my best, but I'm starving.
Day 21: I feel amazing! Today I'm doing it three times so I'll be back in a bit. Edit: Im backkk! The burnt felt nice, but I feel like I need to try harder. Right now its 11:01 a.m, let's see what time I come back.
Day 22: Break
Day 23: Feeling unmotivated because I got my . I will do it one by one and take it slow.
Day 24: Break cause cramps
Day 25: Doing it once but still back on track! Burns like usual!!..

Day 28: Got blood drawn, was sore so break
Day 29: Back on track, and I'm excited to say that I'm almost on day 30!! Please support me!!! aaaa
Day 30: The first time felt good, I played music this time and I felt incredibly better ! Edit: Number two was amazing, I did very well! Edit: Number three went well, I'm just slowly waiting for all of this to be over. Edit: Number four was alright, because I'm noticing that I'm slowly starting to lose energy.
Day 31: I'm sore, but I still tried, so yeah.
Day 32: Did it
Day 33: Complete. Nothing special just the normal burn. I do have a bit of fever though.
Day 34: My head is freaking killing me. I didn't know if I wanted to continue to push through or not. But I did, at an unfortunate cost.
Day 35: My head feels better and I'm doing this twice. The first time I feel really energetic, but I know that the second time I'm going to be a little bit more slowed down. Edit: This time was also good, but I feel like I want to change up my routine a bit.
Day 36: Break
Day 37: Did this, and I'm sweating a lot. I had a lot of energy in this one but not enough burn. Trying a second time later on in the routine. Writing this at one o clock. Edit: The second time was alright. I got really distracted by the music I was playing so I didn't really do much. It still burnt tho!
Day 38: Super sweaty. I'm seeing some improvement but maybe I need to change up my routine a bit.
Day 39: Didn't do it
Day 40: Did it forgot to update
Day 41: Did this with other workouts.
Day 42: Complete.
