I have been doing this work out for 2 months now, paired paired with the booty resistance band. In the first month, I used to do it every day, but now I am doing: one day on, one day off. The results are than visible. I feel like I did not have muscle before :)). All the friends I meet after this quarantine told me I look better and I have also kept pictures with before and after to monitor my progress. I am more than thankful for your videos. You have a different vibe. I tried other videos but they do not send me the same energy.
People who dont know how to keep engaged, could write down their days. When I started I wrote how many days I've done, how many day left and this motivated me a lot.
These exercises reduced my cellulite and improved my booty.

You have changed my life with the at home workouts. I have sweated more than ever at a gym. The no equipment and workouts with equipment you always leave with a sweated out routine if you do both warm up and cool downs. Thank you for everything your pour into us! You are appreciated

Legit. Been watching her for a while now. Not too much talking or distracting banter like a lot of people on here, which wastes my time. She gets right to it, and her workouts pack a punch in a short amount of time, and with strap variations. I'm feeling the burn!

I’ve been doing this workout three times a week combined with the 15 minute fat blasting hiit and 10 min resistance band booty workout and let me tell ya, I SEE RESULTS! Before MadFit I was never motivated to workout as often, but now I feel better than ever! Thank you😊💜

Today will be my third day of doing this workout and I genuinely have noticed a difference already. My bum used to be ridiculously flat and I’ve always been quite slim, but this workout whilst making sure I’m getting enough protein actually seems to be working. I’m amazed at the results already and I like how she takes her time doing the workouts so it’s easy to keep up with her.
