Today’s BALANCE session invites you to dig deep into the subtle layers of your practice. This journey is about meeting yourself, your sensations and observations,  and through regular practice - finding your flow. In this session we begin with a right/left hemisphere balance and move on to continue to use the asana to learn about ourselves and how we experience our bodies.

Good morning from Sunny South Africa. Excited to have a morning practice with you all. I hope each new day of practice is slowly moving you towards the version of yourself that you're aiming to become❤️
Just a little gentle suggestion: I discovered the effectiveness of habit stacking during last year's practice and have brought it in to this years as well. Basically since we're already endeavouring to get into one daily habit why not add one or two others alongside it. So journalling after a practice or practicing gratitude before each practice. You start to build on more than one good habit in this way and I found that this actually helped me stick with the habits I incorporated last year!

I just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you. After a major car accident two years ago I was introduced to your practices by my Traumatic Brain Injury rehab doctor. I am pleased to say I am now flying off round the world back in my career as a film Director, on the outside no-one would know the struggle, but on the inside I know there were days all I could do was breathe and hope. Alternate nostril breathing is such a life saver for me. I can’t count how many times it has calmed me from anxiety attacks or pounding headaches. I sometimes forget how powerful the breath pattern can be. Today was a lovely reminder that I have it whenever I need.

Halfway mark, let’s go! We can do this. We are doing this. Aren’t we awesome? Until tomorrow ♥️

Today I felt sore and unmotivated to get up at 7, my nose is also a little clogged up. It maybe wasn't my most intense and "flowiest" och flows, but now I feel so proud of myself. You can do it yogies, I know you can. Namaste ❤

I'm old, have done quite a few 30 day yoga but last year too many health problems. I am sore every day through this but it feels like home to be on mat again. Benji also helps, first time in my life living without a dog, just their presence lifts my spirits.
Adriene taught me to accept where I am through her yoga journeys. I love her and Benji so much.
I will do another 30 days next and pretty soon my body won't hurt all over.

I was so tempted to stop the video when I kept falling over in moon pose. Deep breaths, observed my frustration, released my need to hit the pose perfectly, and completed the video! Thank you for the lesson in humility. Release has been my mantra since day one and I really practiced it today!

Day 15 is done, February 8th. Today is the day I let go and explore, find my center. I fall couple of times in half-moon but I stayed as well. I'm proud of myself and happy I'm on this amazing journey with all of you. Thanks and lots of loving to Adriene and Benji ❤❤❤ Namaste 🙏
