On day 21 we recognize a natural curiosity that grows about ourselves and others. Pay attention to sensations in your physical body and heart space - both - and the practice will communicate a lot back to you. This session is an invitation to observe and investigate without judgment. (Oh - and it's certainly okay to have fun too.)

If Adriene or Adriene's team look at this post... may I personally thank you for creating a 30 day challenge with most flows around the 20 mins mark. As a busy mum this makes these journeys SO much easier to be a part of. Thank you x

For some reason when Adriene asked us to finish the phrase "I choose", the only thing that popped into my head was "I choose you, Pikachu!" Spent the rest of my practice flapping in the bug shake singing the pokemon theme song. I love when yoga reminds us self care doesn't always have to be so serious! 🤭

I like the check in with neck, hamstring, hips … I like the storm coming in… I like the invitation to find something new in down dog .. I like Childs pose.. that’s my fav today. It took me a while to get here. I like that too. I am not having to prove anything I like that .. Flow 2024 yet stay an even course

I chose hope. As a Palestinian American, who grew up in Jerusalem, I remind myself daily that hope is an verb, it is what we do together ❤

40+ years of doing yoga and I've never shook my limbs while lying flat on the mat as we did at the end of this class! DE-LIGHTFUL!! Absolutely delightful!! As was the entire class! ♥️ ♥️ ♥️

Omg! Today’s practice is a-maz-ing! Before this practice i felt so down and like “what am i doing with my life with all those thoughts?” I drown in my thoughts and then at the end of the practice i said to myself loudly “omg i’m in love with life ı’m so happy to being alive!” Thank you Adriene and thank to all of you folks! 🎉

I choose to be happy. After being diagnosed as chronically ill at the end of last year I lost so much strength being in hospital for a while. I was honestly scared for this years 30 day yoga challenge as I was unsure whether I could make it or end up feeling bad if I didn‘t. I am now on day 21 and every day was amazing. I also know now, that I had nothing to fear because Adriene always makes sure that it‘s okay in this community if we don‘t „succeed“, if we fall or stop or anything. I am so grateful for this experience and choose to be happy, because I can. I am mentally healthy and therefore can choose to find the little happy moments in everyday life without dragging myself down with the negative things. Thank you Adriene for this wonderful experience! ❤

Again, I appreciate the average 20 minute practice 10-13 minute feels too short, while 30 minutes feels like I need to stretch to make time for. This feels so life accommodating! ❤

This has got to be the best 30 day yoga Adrienne has done so far. I love it so much. I’m still working through it, and could quite easily repeat it all. Perfect length of sessions and easy to do. I’ve followed Adrienne for years. But I’m loving this series so much. Each session is so achievable. Thank you ❤️

Legs and hands shake was amazing. I haven’t even noticed how moody I was until I started laughing during the shake! I feel so much better now! Thank you❤️

I choose joy. As an adult, I can't recall when I lost interest in looking for joyful moments. Kids are so talented being curious and doing just that. When I heard Adriene's invitation I smiled and then I heard in my mind "j-o-y." ❤
