It feels special to come back to a Flow practice, it's already been 6 months (almost 7!) and I'm so proud of myself for doing yoga every day no matter what life threw at me. Hello to my dear fellow Delighters we got this! 💜 (And hello to everyone else as well!)

Thank you Adriene for this beautiful, and kind yoga practice. This practice this morning, is just what I needed. It's one of those mornings, when I'm sleepy, and my brain refuses to wake up, and work. But after this gorgeous yoga practice, I feel I might stand a chance now, with the rest of my day. Delight day 23🎉 its been 6 months since I did this practice and still can't believe I'm still doing daily yoga practice. Thank you, Adriene, for creating this space, making yoga accessible and making coming to the mat easy even on days when I feel like I don't have the energy. 💖🧘🏼‍♀️🙏🏻

I was pregnant and on bed rest when this Journey released, had to recover from a c-section too, but now I'm over halfway there. Thank you Adriene for doing these, it's been so amazing to follow to reclaim my practice.

I dont want to jinx it, but I have never been one to follow through on something, and I have to say I am proud I have made it to day 16! Much of it is me and the changes I'm making, but I also want to say thank you for making these FREE videos that are a wonderful reprieve to life and feel good to do. I hope to leave a comment on day 30 that I have made it! Namaste

Love and Kindness is the essence of Adrienes channel. We all learn and become reminded daily. Good deeds make good people and a better planet. The January blues has been replaced by Adriene who rocks us all every year.

This might be long. Every year for a decade now I’ve done this challenge. Sometimes I’ve only managed 2/3 days before quitting, sometimes I’ve finished it. Sometimes I do yoga consistently for a month or two throughout the year and sometimes I do nothing for months at a time until my back issues tell me it’s been too long.

This time around I’m feeling something different. I don’t know if it’s that your teaching continues to evolve each year, or if I’ve matured, or what it is. But for the first time in my life after a decade of on and off yoga, I’m finally feeling like I’m in my body, noticing things, understanding how to do the simple act of breathing to my advantage.

It sounds so basic but I’m super emotional this morning at the fact that even after 10 years I still get so much out of this challenge.

I think it’s easy to wonder “after 10 years of 30 day challenges, what more is there to say/teach/learn?” The answer is so, so much!

I’ve never done or seen a horizon lunge before today. It was awesome to try something new but approachable. I’ve never held a low plank (or honestly even a normal plank) for as long as you and today through utilising the breath, I did it despite almost giving up at least twice. I surprised myself.

Thank you, Adriene, for giving so much to the rest of us. You are awesome ❤

Just got into it again after a longer than intended hiatus, and just wanted to say thank you adriene and for anyone feeling like you can’t get into it after a pause, you absolutely can and it will feel so so good!
