Join me for this 45 Min Knee Friendly Power Session and let's burn some calories and tone the entire body! This is a fast paced, medium intensity cardio workout you can use for calorie burn, weight loss, and toning. It's all standing, low impact, and requires absolutely no equipment!

I used my Apple Watch on the mixed cardio workout. 387 calories burned 497 active calories 50 minutes. I’m 47. I’ve lost 38 pounds since March 25 doing these kinds of workouts. I have a bad left knee so I have to do slight modifications.

This was the BEST. I needed this today! Life is… beyond chaotic. I didn’t want to work out but saw the description & was like… I’m gonna do it. I sweat more than most workouts, nothing too challenging! I LOVED round 4. Any leg movements that are able to incorporate abs, glutes, inner/outer thighs & hip flexors WITHOUT lunges I am HERE FOR!
