You need to build some muscle to boost your metabolism, and this total-body workout will do just that. We start with a solid warmup, so you're ready to push your body to maximize your gains. The workout uses light free weights; we suggest five-pound dumbbells, but this workout is still effective if you go with lighter weights or no weights at all. Plus, if you're new to working out, we offer modifications for all the moves. So grab your weights, a little water, and press play when you're ready to work!

I needed a moderate intensity workout today and this was great. I mostly do HIIT and variations of fast paced workouts, so it was nice to slow down. I appreciated the long warm-up and cooldown. 45 minute is a perfect workout length for me! Keep up the great work!

One of my OG faves on Popsugar or any youtube workout ever! That lower body circuit still pushes me to my limits my goodness! And no popsugar video has matched the energy that Anna, Dre and Rachel are putting off during this btw. They’re why I kept doing popsugar workouts I feel like working out with friends

Great workout! I've done this one a few times. One thing I wish, though, is that when we're on the floor you would say it clearly when to switch sides. I can't see the screen when I'm on the floor! Thanks for the burn!

Hooray for another long video! I love the when the videos are 40 min. or longer; that way they are a great alternative for the days I go running & comparable in calorie burn.

This video was PERFECT. Low-impact modifications that still burn were available (I have sensitive knees & live in a top-floor apartment, so I avoid jumping a lot), whole body engagement even when the focus is on upper body/lower body/core, and such awesome and honest energy from Anna, Dre & Rachel! I love all of your personalities & LOVE working out with you!

Last thing - this was a perfect morning workout. Just past 7 AM & I am READY for the day!

This may be my favorite pop sugar workout! I've been doing these workouts for the past three months, every other day and loving them! I usually do 30 minutes, so was a bit nervous about doing this longer one, but I think the main difference is a longer warm up and cool down. I also like not feeling bad about doing the modified versions when I need to.
