The burn is about to be real with this 45 minute fully body low impact cardio challenge.

This workout has 4 parts with 2 water breaks. We start with a warm up, then we start working on our arms with exercises that will raise our heart rate and boosts our metabolism. We have our first water break, then we will start working on legs. After our second water break we move on to a kickboxing burnout!

Get ready to sweat!

I absolutely love Jo’s videos. I’m an 18 year old girl, and I’ve been wanting to work on my body just recently. I’ve tried so many times to stay consistent, but I always failed. Now, after I’ve convinced myself I can do it, I’m finally staying consistent with one of Jo’s workouts everyday! You don’t have to do as many reps or go as fast as Jo. It’s the effort that matters, as long as you’re doing your best! When you feel like not doing anything, then a 10min workout still counts as staying consistent. Keep up girlies, we can do this!! 🩷🎀

Like many of you, I was searching for a comment that actually confirms if these workouts deliver results. So, let me say it loud and clear—YES, they do! I lost 9 kg in just 5-6 months in 2024. My routine? These workouts 5-6 days a week, without fail. I ate consciously—no junk or fast food on weekdays but enjoyed my favourites in moderation on weekends. I also cut down on alcohol to once or twice a month. That’s it—no measuring, no complicated rules. Just consistency. Stick with it, and you’ll hit your goal too. You got this!

I've been working out with Jo for probably a good 6 months now, 5 days a week, and I go hard every week. I found myself needing more advanced workouts after working out with Jo so consistently and I began to plateau. I found that adding two 5 pound dumbbells to ANY of the 30+ minute cardio videos gives me exactly what I'm looking for. Thought I'd throw that out there if anybody wants to take on the challenge!

I love you Jo!! i been doing your workouts for 3 months as well as portion sizing my food while intermittent fasting! i lost 14lbs in 3 months! went from 157lbs to 143lbs! your my inspiration because im a mother to 2 babies just like you :)

I used tp break this workout in 2days but now l do it in one go..super proud of me and thank you jo started this month 85kg now am on 79.3kg

Honestly speaking, I am a kind of person who is so lazy to move the body and I was not able to follow consistently any of the workout I have tried before but Jo made me to do her workouts everyday and they way she resonates her positive energy through her videos is just so refreshing. Hello Jo! You're my biggest inspiration at the moment! I managed to drop 5kg last year going to the gym but I dropped it since it stopped being enjoyable, now I want to focus on indoor workouts and that's where you come in, shining like a star! I have not worked out since Oct 2023. I did YOUR workouts from Jan - Oct 2nd all last year and fell off major. Today was my first day back at it and I started with this video. The 45 min flew by. Thank you for always being such a LIGHT during these workouts.

So, I've been doing this workout consistently from last two weeks and let me tell you guys it works. I was 56.70 kgs and currently I'm weighing 55.55 kgs. For me more than weight body inches matter, I observed that I look slimmer than before. My old jeans are fitting me now. I also got 2 compliments on my physique.
Here's what I do -
Morning - This workout (approx. 4k steps) 6 days a week
Evening - Walk (40 min - approx 5k steps) 5 days week
I also do 14:10 intermittent fasting i.e first bite at 8 am and last bite at 6 pm. I eat my regular meals, no specific diet related meals.
If in case I am not motivated to do the workout I switch to other grow with jo dance workout videos. They are fun.

Thank you Jo for making such workout videos. Thanks to you I am more consistent with workout! ❤

I’ll be 51 in a couple of days…but I’ve never felt or been this fit in my life…thank you for your encouragement and workouts women like myself to improved not just in my physical but mentality and spiritually too…I should say that 51 is the 21 😊 God bless you more jo as you continue to be a blessing to people around the world and to say the least I’ve lost 3 dress sizes and so far I’ve lost 50pounds ❤️

I just wanted to share my win. I started working out again, in Jan 2024. I have worked out 19 days so far this month, including today. When I did this video, I realized I could do most of the moves right away without having to focus on the moves. 😊

Listen I haven’t worked out in almost a year and god knows I’ve been procrastinating I was huffing and puffing after being a gym freak and jumping from 86 to 110 within a year . Since my hospitalization in September, i changed a lot. Quit smoking and started walking / running as well as doing Jo's workouts. I am down 10 lbs but have gained a lot of muscles. This workout was 323 calories alone. I love her workouts! They keep me motivated. Not only did i not gain weight when quitting smoking, but i also brought my cholesterol down to perfect levels (they were super high and doc wanted me on statins). I highly recommend her channel.
