You HAVE to tap into this 45 minute strength and conditioning workout for a full body training session 🔥 This workout is designed to improve your overall strength and endurance over time. We'll start with 20 minutes of dumbbell weight training and then finish with 20 minutes of Cardio-HIIT training. As you can imagine, this workout can be a beast BUT we've provided some modifications and features to help you manage throughout. Hi guys, this workout is incredible! I was diagnosed with microcytic anaemia 6 weeks ago, so I’ve been strength training with your vids and giving the cardio a rest to let the iron tablets kick in. This workout combining strength and cardio was absolutely perfect. Please keep up the good work. You are amazing 🤩.

I am 62 and this is the first time I've done this workout. I have been doing others for a week now and I just want to let you know that I really enjoyed this. It was just exactly the right pace and strength for me. I used 5 lb. weights. The background noise wasn't as bad as the 30 minute workout I watched previously. I watch these in the morning to get geared up for my workout. Great job! Thank you!
