This is when Popsugar actually had real workouts and was no joke. Their new stuff is a joke. I miss pop sugar that was for exercise and not pretty videos.

I lost 50 lbs doing this video 3 times a week and weights 2 times a week. Still going strong! These videos make me feel liek Im at an actual workout class in the gym, only its more comfortable because i dont have to worry about other people (i have social anxiety). Thanks pop sugar! Im trying to conceive and getting healthy before conception is a huge deal to me you guys have helped so much and I love you!

Best guest trainer you have on here. Finally someone who pushes to work hard and not apologize for it. This trainer instructs an actual workout, not a pretty performance like some of the videos. She seems to care that we get a good workout, other trainers give a HIgh-5 after 10 pushups and act like they just climbed Mt. Everest!
Bring her back!

Kit Rich is the best trainer on Popsugar Fitness!I have done this video (and all her others ones) hundreds of times! I am a distance runner and turn to her videos for strength/recovery/core etc. She really knows how to pack a punch while working the full body, leaving you energized and stronger than when you started. She is great about getting right into the workout & not talking too much or over explaining. She does a simple demo and dives right in. She knows how to encourage and push while still being intentional and sincere. I really never comment on any videos, so this is how much I love Kit Rich!

This video killed me but I loved it! Please bring Kit back! She, Jeannette Jenkins, and Krista DiPaolo are the best 3 trainers you've had on this channel. Fantastic energy & motivation with some humor mixed in.

I like this video so much because even though it was hard as hell, it was easy to keep going since the moves were only 60 or 30 seconds. Just when you think you're about to die and give up, it's over & you're on to the next move!

Absolutely loved this workout! I've spent the last few months of quarantine doing all of Raneir Pollard and Jeanette Jenkins' workout videos on Popsugar. And I have to say, this workout is definitely not easy! I sweat so much that I was literally sliding of my mat during the side planks hahaha For those who are interested, I managed to burn 516 calories (158cm, 54kg) during this workout :)
