If anyone is trying this and it seems too hard, DON’T GIVE UP!!! Rest when you need to and keep going!!
The first time I did this I barely made it through and was literally screaming hahaha but NOW I can do this all the way through and feel so accomplished when it’s over!! You got this!!!

Jake hands down has the best workouts on pop sugar. Ive yet to find a workout that even compares to his. I love how he keeps my heart rate up never stopping, mix btwn carido HIT, active recovery, and a killer strength workout all within 40min. You will be sweaty and sore without lifting a weight. Did i mention he is hilarious! Pop sugar we need more jake workouts please!

Today I have done this workout again. Omg I had completely forgotten it has so many leg exercises and Jumping "Jake"s 😂😂 Now my upper legs are like jelly 😂 I love Jake Dupree 🥰

I've done this workout probably over 100 times now and it hasn't gotten any easier. The form has improved, but my heart beat the same. ILY

Love Jake's workouts! He is one of the only instructors I've found that does a really thorough cool down. I love his stretches; I feel like they are thoughtful and actually stretch out the body parts that took a beating during the workout!

Any workout that has me sweating AND laughing is a winner! Don't count on having long breaks and detailed explanations. You workout the whole time.
