This was such a great workout! You make some great combo moves, and they never get boring. I was so glad we were only going for 20 seconds because I don’t know if I would have made it any longer, on some of the moves. Thank you for all that you do!

Can’t believe I’m saying this but I had FUN doing this! I love the moderate intensity held the whole time but for some reason what I love most is every movement involving kicks! It reminds me of my days in kung fu & I just love them 🥰 also you got me good with that finisher again 😂 GREAT start to the week!
