A highly requested video (and now i know why!) what an intense BURN! This HIIT kickboxing workout burned over 500 calories, got my arms on fire, my waist feeling snatched and my legs toned up! This cardio workout is full of kickboxing inspired exercises that will get that heart rate up, help burn fat, improve endurance and will have you seriously sweaty by the end!

This workout is great for individuals of all fitness levels. If you are a beginner, just getting started - push yourself as much as you can, and take breaks when needed. There is no shame in taking a break or two. This will help you not compromise your form, and will help you come back to the workouts stronger tomorrow!

Make sure to hydrate as much as you can before, during and after this workout. This workout is super sweaty and if you don’t hydrate after, you may overeat. Keep to the same amount of calories you are used to taking in after this workout so that you see a change. And if you can, do your best to consume a protein source after this workout! This will help build your muscles back up so that your metabolism is faster and so that you see muscle tone from this workout!

I was 90 kgs before. After a month now I’m 78 kgs with a good diet and I do your workouts 4 times a week. Love u🌸

I gotta give you one of the best tips that has helped me tremendously in my workout journey: if you are feeling like you are out of energy and just pushing through the workout by god knows how, then you might be in the wrong phase in your menstrual cycle for an intense workout like this. The Luteal phase (5-10 days before your period) and the period are the most low energy phases of your month so stick to low intensity ones in those days. I normally used to do this workout in those phases and I would feel like this is killing me. But currently, I am in the ovulation phase and I just smashed it, So ladies, track your cycle. It will help you IN A HUGE FREAKING WAY!!! Always do intense workouts in the follicular and ovulation phase and low intensity in the other two. Hope this helps

Listennn!!! Still my most absolute fav k/box workout on you tube. The moves, the music, Jo's smile, her struggles with the moves like me, she's so real!! 2 years on and off and it still kicks my butt. I couldn't finish this when I first did it. Had some health issues last week and thought about stopping after 36 mins today. I kept saying to myself, ok, you've done 36 mins, you can do 12, you can do 10, you can do 5, YOU CAN DO ANYTHING FOR 2 MINS TO FINISH!! I did and I'm so proud of myself, I'm sweaty, I'm knackered, but I FINISHED IT!! Whoo for me!! Thanks Jo, you really are amazing girl. xx

Doing all Jo's exercises makes me feel happy. I've been doing it for 3 months now (exercise 5 times a week). My weight is from 77kg now i'm reaching to 63, 5kg. You do a great job, Jo.

Really enjoyed this workout, I actually did it all without stopping and im a stroke survivor with still not all my movement back on my left side. 🙃 Praise God because he allows me to do these workouts and thank you Jo for you amazing content, it makes it possible for someone like me be able to workout and lose weight ❤

I've been doing your workouts like 5 times a week for a bit and so far I'm down 3 pounds, lowered my body fat by 2% and also reduced my resting heart rate. I've never felt so joyful while moving. I listen to all my favourite cheesy pop songs and just feel alive haha.

Even though I didn't finish the workout, twice, I keep getting father and father each time I do this workout and its so encouraging when i see myself almost reach the end. I just found this channel and as a person who loves to workout, i think i found a forever workout home!

Love your workouts - unlike other yt trainers i can actually follow your moves while still getting a hell of a workout 😅. I’ve been doing your workouts 3 times a week (plus walking 10k steps every day and IF) and so far I’m down 14 pounds!!

I love this workout and all the walking workouts!! I’ve lost 10kg in two months by working out 5 times a week and counting my calories, my shape has become so much better and i actually enjoy working out, which is so unusual for me. I've found Jo's channel last year because of the HIIT workouts, I've never considered how working out could be fun before I tried hers, it worked for me for a couple months, i lost 3kg that time but life happened and I fell into a depression, stopped showing up for myself, gained weight, got worse, etc. Now I'm back, doing this workout, blasting angry rock songs on my phone's, and it's not only helping me to workout and stay healthy, it's also helping me to heal the hurt and anger in my heart.
