I do this exercise everyday for 8-10 hours, this not only burns your belly fat but it also helps to relax your muscles, gives you energy amd most importantly makes you feel rested.(the best exercise ever)

The toughest part of the exercise is that you need to sleep on the hard floor outside the house. It’ll harden your bone and muscular structure for sure, just remember to switch sides after 10 reps

Lmao 😂 that was good. I like your approach on how you give information. Very informative and funny. Idk why starting this journey gives me anxiety. I guess feeling like a failure or just not knowing where to start? Working out is not new to me but I fell off so bad the past few years. I’ll start and stop and then I just completely stopped working out🫤 just making excuses and dealing with stressors in life. Today I’ll start with walking I’m determined to do better😊

Jordan, you have hit two targets with one arrow through this video. Firstly, you have shown us the importance of sound sleep. The most important factor that leads to a healthy and fit life is sound sleep. It helps in the recovery of our exhuasted body and mind. Without this, working out will be counterproductive.
